myriad of the mundane

new post new post, here's the latest new post!
but first a break to go to the bathroom!

so usually you don't get into my life on the stool but i've had a few...problems lately.
namely that i haven't been able to crap in 6 full days. today was the first i'd made in a long long time. i was feeling the difference and it sucked. i need to eliminate more often than that, let me tell you.

past that, first week of nursing assistant classes was a waste of my time. straight up. could have learned everything i needed to know without these instructors. life is proceeding well over here in seattle although i have a nagging cough and feel just a bit ill. but i'm excited to get into working again, wierd as that sounds. i'm feeling like geezer here, i've spent way too much money lately. fortunately it's putting me in position to make more money. training will do that. the robin actually has stopped for a while. i'm not sure why. there's a big ol' racoon that's been eating the cat's food lately. he's really creepy to hear eating. so loud. bah!

  • Cool dude, I was a carer (nursing assistant type position, I guess) in the geriatric section of a hospital in Iceland for 5 months and it was so fulfilling! Never seen so much poo in my life though!

I don't think Geezer and I have been spending too much money.. yeah sure, we've spent quite a lot, but I think he's feeling it more because we're only spending his and we're saving mine.

The thought of a racoon eating catfood and sounding gross is just funny. You should record the sound!

  • yeah, it doesn't remind me of any kids shows, glenn, but i wish it did. the part up there is from wundershowzen, which is hilarious even if it's on MTV2. it's like the crack alley behind sesame street, as the new york times put it. it's great.

maja! good to see you're slaving away your life again. i am looking forward to the whole experience but i'm not looking at the poo like it's my friend...past that i'm cool. this thing is being taught at a 3rd grade level, i swear to god.
